Job Summary
Volunteer role supporting Family & Community Services with Mobile Meals program. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, preparing and serving meals, cleaning kitchens, stocking food pantries, painting shelters, assisting with donations and events, representing the agency at events, mentoring a child, entertaining (piano), teaching crafts or skills, and teaching financial literacy. Requires ability to work as part of a team and independently, customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, valid Ohio driver’s license, and passing background checks in accordance with agency requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interact with a diverse group of individuals
- Work as an effective team member
- Customer service experience either through employment or volunteer services if applicable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs if applicable
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability if applicable
- Must be able to meet agency requirements for criminal back ground check (Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification & Investigation) if applicable
