Job Summary
Support the health, safety, and well-being of program participants by supervising activities and independently facilitating youth activities. Assist with activity supervision, lesson planning and implementation, and accurate attendance documentation. Create a diverse, culturally sensitive environment aligned with YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility; collaborate with professional staff and other departments; participate in required CAP and Safety/Risk Management trainings. The role emphasizes youth development and community engagement in a YMCA setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of age
- Commitment to personal youth development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
