Job Summary
Volunteer/Intern: Board Committee Director for Hasana, Inc. in the Chicago Loop area. Unpaid internship offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to all aspects of the fashion industry. Direct and coordinate activities and programming of the Aparecio Foundation; plan and implement policies, goals, and objectives to ensure success; oversee volunteers in fundraising, recruitment, community partnership, training, and marketing; evaluate effectiveness; consult with other Board members. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, leadership experience, integrity and teamwork, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for women’s education and economic opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in a Business related field
- Leadership experience is required
- Integrity, honesty, openness and willing to operate as a team player
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work appropriately
- Strong organization skills
