Volunteer Driver for the Home Delivered Meals program delivering meals to local seniors in Elk Grove Village and surrounding Northwest Suburbs. Use your personal vehicle to deliver meals, collect from dispatcher, and make friendly drop-offs while communicating updates to Older Adult staff. Schedule options include Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 9:00am-12:00pm with multiple location options (Elk Grove Village, Schaumburg, Roselle, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights). This unpaid volunteer role requires at least 18 years of age, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, ability to pass a background check, and the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
