Volunteer/Friendly Visitor - Fox Knoll ALF (Hospice Patient)

Provide respite, companionship, and essential services such as errands or light housekeeping to Rainbow Hospice patients and families in-home, at the Inpatient Unit, or in Long Term Care Facilities. Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary team by assisting with the plan of care, documenting visit activities accurately, and maintaining open communication with the volunteer coordinator. Participate in bereavement follow-ups, complete mandatory annual education, and assist in training new volunteers while adhering to all policies and confidentiality requirements.
