Job Summary
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Volunteer Services Team, recruiting, training, and placing volunteers for Willowbrook Hospice. This role involves collaborating with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure volunteer tasks are completed, maintaining documentation, developing volunteer support programs, and participating in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong community relations skills, superior communication capabilities, and prior experience with volunteers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in dealing with volunteers
- Working knowledge of the hospice philosophy
