Job Summary
Organize volunteer orientation, training, and scheduling to align with the organization's mission and vision. Coordinate volunteers who deliver patient care and support services including companionship, respite, homemaking, errands, veteran programming, music, and community outreach in compliance with policies. Manage team responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness. Requires a high school diploma with 1-2 years of business college preferred. Join a Community Health Accreditation Partner certified hospice dedicated to changing expectations of care through increased staff-to-patient ratios.
