VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Coordinate and supervise volunteers for Jubilee Ministries; recruit, orient, and schedule individual and group volunteers; maintain volunteer records and assist at store locations; act as the point of contact for individuals completing community service; coordinate with development staff to orient volunteers to the mission and participate in fundraising and donor cultivation; engage churches, schools, and businesses to recruit volunteers; ensure communication between Jubilee and volunteers and uphold the ministry’s Faith-based mission; participate in staff devotions and adhere to the organization’s handbook and code of conduct.
