Volunteer Coordinator Intern

Volunteer Coordinator Intern assists the Humanitarian Aid Volunteer Program with recruitment of volunteers, community engagement planning, fulfillment and inventory management, and project coordination. Responsibilities include recruiting volunteers, researching gifts-in-kind, planning product drives and events, facilitating volunteer groups in the warehouse, setting up packing stations, maintaining inventory records, and supporting fulfillment activities such as picking, packaging, staging, and loading outbound shipments. The role emphasizes coordinating events, managing volunteers to ensure efficient operations, and assisting the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator on stock inventory and container shipments. Requires enrollment in a collegiate program, ability to operate a pallet jack, availability for 150–200 hours total, and some local travel or after-hours commitments.
