Board Secretary (Volunteer) supports the CEO and Board Chair to shape and embed governance and administrative processes. Relieves the CEO of day-to-day board administration, ensuring board processes are well-organised, compliant, and transparent. Collaborates with the Chair, CEO, and Board to strengthen governance and administration, contribute to decision-making, and foster inclusive outcomes for the community. Develops or strengthens governance, compliance, and administration skills while engaging with experienced board members in a values-driven environment.
