Job Summary
Volunteer Board Recruitment Manager for the Aparecio Foundation to recruit and qualify prospective board members, lead recruitment efforts, and guide applicants through the board-application and selection process. Responsibilities include contacting corporate representatives, government officials, and community leaders to source board candidates; attending community events to promote organizational goals; identifying vacancies and interviewing applicants; onboarding new board members and handling paperwork; conducting candidate searches via databases, networking, referrals, and media; evaluating qualifications. Requires a Bachelor's Degree, experience with senior-level executives, nonprofit knowledge (grant writing and fundraising), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
