Job Summary
Board member for SAfG providing governance, strategic oversight, financial stewardship, and community advocacy to support afterschool STEM programming for girls, with a focus on Title I schools; role includes attending bi-monthly board meetings, contributing to committees, and helping raise funds (minimum $5,000/year) while serving a 1-2 year term. Nice-to-have: Bay Area residency, prior nonprofit board experience, lived experience reflecting the communities served. Community advisor option also available.
