Job Summary
Volunteer Assistant Track & Field Throws Coach assists with coaching throwing events (shot put, discus, hammer throw, and javelin), develops event-specific training plans, assists with practice planning and meet preparation, provides mentorship and support for student-athletes both athletically and personally, assists with meet preparation, travel, and competition-day coaching, evaluates prospective student-athletes, promotes sportsmanship and teamwork, supports compliance with NCAA Division III and conference policies, assists with equipment management and facility upkeep, and may drive a 15-passenger van to games.
