Assist Head Coach with responsibilities beyond classroom duties, including implementing athletic policies, scheduling events, coordinating transportation, and supervising staff and athletes. Design and conduct conferences and clinics, train staff, delegate duties, monitor discipline and morale, coordinate with Athletic Director for tournaments and facilities, ensure compliance with state and system requirements for physical examinations, parental consent, and eligibility, manage equipment and inventory, and communicate with parents and the news media. Possess strong administrative and organizational skills and the ability to work with students, staff, parents, and the community.
