Job Summary
Conduct daily training sessions and provide technical instruction for throwers in shot put, discus, hammer, and javelin under the Head Coach's direction. Assist with athlete recruitment, talent evaluation, and meet preparation while supporting competition-day coaching responsibilities. Promote a culture emphasizing academic success, character development, and athletic excellence while adhering to all NAIA and university policies. Availability includes afternoon practice times and selected weekends for competitions.

- Availability during afternoon practice times and selected weekends for competitions
Desired Qualifications
- Collegiate throwing experience and/or coaching experience
- Strong knowledge of throwing event technique, training principles, and event-specific strength development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
- Passion for mentoring and developing young people
