Job Summary
Assist with patient activities, special events, and facility beautification projects. Lead or support recreational, wellness, or educational activities while providing administrative or clerical support. Organize donations and supplies, help with seasonal celebrations, and share professional expertise through approved educational presentations. Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries while supporting individuals in their recovery journey. Complete required onboarding, background screening, and orientation. Opportunities vary by location and organizational need, with roles designed to complement—not replace—the work of clinical and operational teams.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or meet age requirements for approved youth volunteer opportunities)
- Passion for helping others and supporting recovery
- Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to complete any required onboarding, background screening, health requirements, and orientation applicable to the volunteer role
