Job Summary
Volunteer Community Support Volunteer to provide one-to-one low-level health and wellbeing support, signpost clients to external services, and help adults in the Knowsley/Merseyside area. Duties include in-person, telephone, or video support; maintaining confidential records in a case management system; making calls, writing letters, and sending emails on behalf of or with clients; and participating in regular supervision with the Volunteer Hub. Training and safeguarding support are provided, with opportunities to progress to Level 2 Advocacy Training after 6 months. The role offers expenses reimbursement (e.g., mileage) and equipment support (mobile phone and laptop) to build skills in health, wellbeing, and advocacy.”,
