Provide two satisfactory employment references and undergo an Enhanced DBS check, with the cost of the check covered by the organization. Maintain eligibility to work in the UK and disclose any convictions as required for resident safety. Your time, energy, and enthusiasm are the primary requirements, with training available to help you discover new talents regardless of prior experience.
