Conduct informal interviews to assess volunteer fit for roles such as Volunteer Gardener, Befriender, or Volunteer Cook. Provide companionship and support to older adults in our communities to combat loneliness and isolation. Share your unique skills and enthusiasm, as experience is not required; we offer a comprehensive induction program tailored to your specific role. Complete two satisfactory employment references and an Enhanced DBS check, with the cost of the check covered by Abbeyfield. Eligibility to work in the UK is required. Your time and willingness to make a connection can transform the lives of residents in our homes.
