Job Summary
Lead the Corporate Action team in accurate and timely retrieval, interpretation, and processing of corporate action events; oversee communication with Middle Office, Client Service, traders, and clients to relay market decisions; collaborate with custodian banks to ensure instructions are received and executed; manage posting and reconciliation of cash and stock entitlements; guide the Announcement Capture team in scrubbing events and notifying clients; oversee collection and submission of client elections to the market and manage payments; lead the transition to a new Asset Servicing Engine for global processing; Markets covered include U.S., Canada and Latin America.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in processing voluntary corporate action events
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of DTC (Hub, Smart track, and CNS) and Euroclear
- Strong understanding of the transaction/trade lifecycle
- Series 99 license (to be acquired within first 120 days)

- Series 99 license within 120 days
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in processing voluntary corporate action events
- Knowledge of DTC (Hub, Smart track, CNS) and Euroclear
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel; Alteryx a plus
- Asset servicing knowledge in securities operations
- Strong risk and control awareness
- Ability to lead transitions to new processing systems or engines
- Leadership/people-management experience
