Volume Recruitment Lead (NCR East)

Coordinate high-volume recruitment campaigns across sales channels and regions by managing job postings, sourcing through partners and events, and conducting initial candidate screenings. Maintain an updated talent pool, track onboarding milestones with training teams, and monitor readiness indicators for new hires. Liaise with Sales, HR, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth handoffs, while tracking volume metrics and generating regular performance reports. Ensure all candidate documentation and background checks comply with labor and data privacy regulations. Support end-to-end execution of hiring strategies to meet sales manpower needs and activate scalable sales talent.
