Job Summary
Encourage and maintain a quality experience throughout the league while helping players connect in a welcoming environment. Use the host app to check in players and report scores, managing other preparations like venue setup and supervision. Promote events and upcoming leagues via social media and on-field selling, distributing marketing materials to support participation. This part-time role requires availability for evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Candidates must possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset and work well in a team atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in sports and social activities
- Including but not limited to Volleyball, Bocce and Cornhole
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Works well in a team atmosphere
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
- Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends
- Proficient customer service skills
- High School Diploma /GED Equivalency
