Job Summary
Conduct maintenance and periodic renovations of the home, including room repainting, wall plastering, and staircase railing renovation. Manage tool acquisition and organization while overseeing yard and garden care. Perform room clearing and waste removal. Work 30–40 hours weekly from Monday to Friday with a second handworker, taking responsibility for the building's functional condition and proactively identifying issues for external resolution. Requires a vocational qualification or equivalent experience; a driver's license is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a trade profession
- Multiple years of practical experience
- Generalist skills (Allrounder)
- Ability to independently identify potential problems and coordinate with external companies for remediation
