Job Summary
Deliver hands-on training sessions on AI applications including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and automation tools. Develop and produce learning materials such as presentations, scripts, prompt templates, checklists, and practice exercises. Plan and execute live workshops, Q&A formats, and practical application units while supporting participants through exercises and project work. Provide feedback, answer questions, and guide learners from initial prompts to concrete workflows for office, marketing, and organization tasks. Continuously update course content based on new tools, trends, and feedback. Collaborate with the team on course concepts and didactic improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr guter praktischer Umgang mit KI-Tools und digitalen Anwendungen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte einfach und verständlich zu erklären
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
- Freude daran, Menschen beim Lernen und Anwenden von KI zu begleiten
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Schulung, Training, Coaching oder Content-Erstellung von Vorteil
- Interesse an Weiterbildung, Technologie und praktischer Wissensvermittlung
