Job Summary
As Prep Dig showcase director, you will execute youth basketball and volleyball tournaments and showcases nationwide, serving as the face of the events team. Responsibilities include planning and organizing pre-event details, coordinating with venues and staff during event execution, managing check-in and run of show, ensuring excellent participant experience, and communicating with facility contacts. You will troubleshoot onsite issues, leverage provided tools and resources, and apply strong multitasking, decision-making, and people-management skills to deliver first-class showcases.
