Job Summary
Provide direct leadership in programs by modeling and mentoring service excellence. Ensure that program policies and procedures are implemented and monitored proactively. Maintain knowledge of the game of Volleyball and current rules while delivering a fun, enthusiastic, and friendly experience. Work Monday through Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 10:30pm. This role supports the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario's mission to create healthy children, families, and communities across Southwestern Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Current Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check (less than 6 months old) for those 18 and over
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Knowledge of the game of Volleyball and the current rules
- Current First Aid/CPR
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 16 years of age
- Be available to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and or Thursday evenings from 7:30 to 10:30pm
