Volleyball Coach Positions

The Volleyball Coach is responsible for leading and supporting student-athletes in the development of athletic skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. This role includes planning and conducting practices, teaching fundamental and advanced techniques, supervising students during all team activities, and promoting a positive, inclusive team culture. The coach collaborates with school staff, communicates effectively with families, and upholds all school, league, and KSHSAA expectations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring student safety, modeling professionalism, and representing the school with integrity at all competitions and events.
