Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise the school volleyball program; design training and game programs; organize and supervise coaching staff; develop and enforce team rules; ensure student-athletes meet eligibility and safety requirements; monitor training, facilities, and equipment; report major injuries to the Athletic Director/Principal; ensure district policies are observed; stay current with new techniques and ideas; obtain approvals for activities and expenditures; travel to events as needed; on-site work in Phoenix, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- NFHS and Concussion certified
- Demonstrated ability to participate in physically demanding athletic activities
- Possesses knowledge of effective behavior management methods
- Ability to exercise good judgment and work in a dynamic environment
- Professional and friendly disposition
Desired Qualifications

- 1-2 years of coaching experience in an academic setting
