Job Summary
Assist in planning and executing boys' volleyball practices and drills; provide individualized coaching to develop skills and technique; support the Head Coach in team strategy, game preparation, and match execution; promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline while ensuring athlete safety during practices and games; communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
- Completion of 60 or more college credit hours prior to coaching
