Job Summary
Install, configure, and deploy Asterisk, GoAutoDial, Vicidial, IVR, and FreePBX applications within an enterprise environment. Troubleshoot VoIP networks using Wireshark and TCPdump, while managing MySQL databases, Windows servers, and Linux operations including daily backups. Configure PRI cards, GSM/PRI gateways, analog gateways, and PSTN connections alongside IP phones, routers, switches, and firewalls. Maintain FTP servers, WatchGuard devices, and VPNs. Prepare to work outside core hours for emergency activities. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 7 years work experience
- Experience in Installing, configuring and deployments of Asterisk, dialer based applications like GoAutoDial, Vicidial, IVR and FreePBX
- Prior experience of working within Asterisk environment, particularly with experience of configuring Asterisk for new product deployment
- Good troubleshooting skills in using network testing tools such as Wireshark, TCPdump
- Experience troubleshooting Vicidial Dialers and Asterisk
- Prepared to work outside of core hours to address emergency activity if required
- Experience in configuring with PRI Card, GSM/PRI Gateway, Analog Gateway and PSTN
- Bachelor's degree / MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject (BE computer/IT /M.Sc. / MCA/ M.Sc. IT etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Should also know MySQL databases and VoIP
- Proven track record of deploying Dialers or IVR applications in an enterprise environment
- Experience in configuring with PRI Card, GSM/PRI Gateway, Analog Gateway and PSTN
