Job Summary
Conduct detailed property inspections and condition surveys for vacant Service Family Accommodation, producing photographic records at the start and end of the void period. Identify defects, prepare initial scopes of work for repairs, and manage heating and water systems to prevent damage during occupancy. Regularly monitor properties to ensure they remain secure and wind and weatherproof, reporting security concerns, vandalism, or unauthorized occupation immediately. Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports, manage utility information, and ensure statutory compliance while working independently across your designated area. Requires a manual UK driving licence, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in void property maintenance or the Ministry of Defence environment.

Desired Qualifications
