Job Summary
Oversee voice telecommunications network operations by managing infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring SLA compliance through efficient incident resolution. Support the Senior Voice Telecoms Operations Manager in delivering contracted OETMS and technical support services while maintaining network alignment with industry policies and best practices. Lead project management from inception to completion, coordinating stakeholder communication, budgeting, and timeline tracking to achieve operational goals. Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance network efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with IT teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4 years' experience in voice telecoms operations or IT support
- Strong technical aptitude
- genuine willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Excellent teamwork skills
- ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with project management
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework
- Exposure to voice telecoms network technologies
