Voice Network Engineering Associate

Job Summary
Perform, design, and implement translations and routing protocols for voice networks while developing detailed implementation plans to accommodate growth and security. Configure, deploy, test, monitor, and troubleshoot telecommunications components including core LAN/WAN, VoIP, QoS, and Session Border Controllers. Prepare project documentation, manage job orders through completion, and validate switch and router platforms for field deployment. Research new technologies and assist in forming delivery models for new services. Maintain accurate facility records, plan capital budgets, and provide guidance to Engineering Associates I and II.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year engineering degree and 5 years experience
- other 4 year degree, 2 year technical degree or equivalent military training, and 10 years experience
- High School and 15 years experience
- Experience in Telecommunications
