Job Summary
Provide hands-on field and technical support for legacy TDM telephone environments, VoIP and unified communications migrations, site surveys, cutover planning, testing, documentation, and transition-to-operations activities in a customer-site environment. Coordinate with telephone central office personnel, technical teams, and customer stakeholders to resolve implementation issues, validate requirements, and ensure secure, reliable, mission-ready voice services as modernization efforts progress. Support end-user communications, training, and post-implementation activities while maintaining network readiness and compatibility with enterprise communications environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience
- 8570 Certification; Security+ certification is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable for AT&T vehicle use
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- TS/SCI with polygraph
