Job Summary
Support, maintain, and implement telecommunications infrastructure for the enterprise, including administration of associated software such as Cisco Call Manager, call accounting systems, voice mail, interactive voice response, video conferencing, and web conferencing systems. Configure, program, and maintain telecommunications, video conferencing, and voice/data equipment with hands-on knowledge of current Cisco Call Manager versions. Requires an Associate's degree in telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred, along with three years of relevant experience. A CCNA certification is preferred. This role is based at Piedmont Healthcare Corporate in Augusta.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3 years of experience including hands-on knowledge of the installation, implementation, configuring, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment including current versions of Cisco Call Manager
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree from a recognized college or university in telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems or closely-related field
- CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Technician
- Cisco Certified Network Analyst – Voice on currently supported Cisco Unified Collaboration products
