Oversee and develop the quality management system in compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 9001, HACCP, and IFS. Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes while maintaining and monitoring quality documentation, processes, and guidelines. Train and advise staff on quality management topics and manage customer complaints by deriving corrective actions. Ensure adherence to legal and normative requirements. Requires a closed commercial or technical education with multiple years of experience in quality management and knowledge of ISO standards.
