Job Summary
Lead the operations department in an international Home DNA test order fulfillment, optimize existing processes and establish processes in new markets, supervise the contact center, analyze data from various databases to implement improvements, negotiate with suppliers, collaborate with IT to enhance processes and applications, coordinate with Sales to ensure operational support for new B2B partners, and manage a small team to ensure seamless department operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Responsibility and reliability
- Precision and goal orientation
- Active knowledge of English and Slovenian
- Familiarity with CRM tools and mass emailing tools or call-center operations is a plus
