Organize daily store operations, including scheduling shifts, managing inventory, and handling product ordering and returns. Display merchandise in windows and shelves, bake, prepare, and store bakery products while maintaining store appearance and staff hygiene. Mentor new employees, report equipment faults, and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations such as HACCP and safety protocols. Manage shift handovers and secure daily transactions. Requires two years of experience in food retail, a SSS degree, and availability for both morning and afternoon shifts. Located in Zagreb, Kukuljanova, and Puli.
