Control all business processes within assigned stores, maximize sales while tracking productivity, and manage all costs. Organize and operationally monitor the opening of new retail units. Lead, educate, and motivate store managers; conduct regular visits to all regional stores to track and develop team members. Coordinate inspection processes, routine and special inventories, and collaborate with HR on regional human resources issues. Requires minimum one year of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail, along with B-category driver's license, strong communication skills, and active English proficiency. Includes company car (24/7), business phone, and laptop.
