Control retail store processes within your assigned region while maximizing sales and monitoring productivity and costs. Organize and oversee the operational launch of new retail units. Lead, train, and motivate sales store managers through regular regional visits and team progress tracking. Coordinate inspection processes, conduct regular and special inventories, and partner with colleagues to achieve company targets. Manage human resources issues across the region. Requires one year of similar retail experience, B-category driver's license, and active English proficiency. Full-time role on Brač island with a company vehicle provided 24/7.
