Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' aptitudes, interests, and transferable skills to identify areas for enhancement. Liaise with employment specialists and HR managers to broker career opportunities, then assist clients with applications, interviews, and necessary arrangements. Advocate for reasonable workplace accommodations that remove barriers for clients with functional limitations. Provide ongoing training through workshops on soft skills, rudimentary computer use, financial planning, and wellness maintenance. This part-time role is based in St. Joseph, Missouri, with a salary of $17 per hour. Brightli operates across 200 locations in four states, aiming to improve client care and reduce the financial burden of community mental health centers by sharing resources and increasing access to behavioral health services.
Required Qualifications
