Job Summary
Conduct vocational assessments to identify strengths, interests, skills, and employment goals for veterans and individuals with disabilities. Develop individualized employment plans, assist clients with resume preparation and interview readiness, and build relationships with local employers to match candidates with appropriate positions. Provide on-site job coaching during orientation and early employment stages, monitor progress, and deliver follow-along services to promote long-term retention. Maintain accurate documentation and case notes using company technology while managing an assigned caseload. Travel throughout the Martinsburg community to meet with participants, employers, and community partners.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- at least two years of relevant work or life experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation with current insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the service area
- Ability to successfully complete required background screenings and drug screening
