Job Summary
Deliver direct job coaching through new hire screenings, workplace orientations, and daily task support to ensure long-term retention. Fiercely advocate for consumers by identifying and implementing assistive technologies or workplace accommodations. Cultivate natural supports by building social bridges between individuals, coworkers, and corporate supervisors. Maintain operational precision by logging daily digital service updates via Google Workspace and Asana. Manage field logistics by providing safe community and employment-related transport using your personal or agency vehicle. Work under the guidance of a Case Manager to bridge the gap between consumers and local employers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts)
- Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience
- 3+ years of experience in General Education or Tutoring
- A valid Driver's License

- Ability to successfully pass a standard drug screen
- comprehensive background check (Federal, State, and County)
- First Aid/CPR certification
