Job Summary
Develop and administer compliance-related vocational rehabilitation processes; conduct eligibility evaluations, coordinate medical assessments and accommodations, train supervisors on disability awareness, and support job placements for employees with disabilities within an Office environment. Collaborates with supervisors to ensure effective accommodations, maintains documentation, and builds relationships to advocate for employees’ needs. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the health-care field or Rehabilitation Counseling
- Two years of professional level experience in counseling, healthcare or work with persons with disabilities
- Bilingual: English/Spanish. English and Spanish proficiency required.
