Vocational Program Specialist

Provide individual and group vocational rehabilitation counseling, including Article 16 services, while maintaining an appropriate caseload across ACCES-VR and OPWDD programs. Manage the service pipeline from referral through eligibility, authorization, enrollment, and employment outcomes. Facilitate vocational groups, deliver career exploration and job development, and coordinate referrals with employers, schools, and community organizations. Complete required monthly progress reports, documentation, and compliance activities within established deadlines. Actively develop employer relationships and re-engage stalled participants to grow program census and utilization.
