Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program by planning daily work projects, managing crews, and maintaining equipment and safety standards. Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development while discipling and mentoring them in a work environment. Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations, and train and lead work supervisors and teams in this physically active, hands-on setting. This full-time role requires mature faith, leadership experience, and general knowledge of construction or trades, with participation in campus life and spiritual activities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission
- Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of construction, maintenance, or trades
- Willingness to complete OSHA training
