Vocational Coach

Support the development and revisions of individual Staff Action Service Plans by providing input and tracking progress toward Life Plan goals. Segment job duties into specific steps to facilitate learning, monitor performance levels to determine support intensity, and ensure work quality adheres to industry standards. Represent the agency professionally at community worksites while serving as a liaison between individuals and employers to facilitate work readiness training. Maintain accurate records of services provided, document employment barriers, and respond to crisis situations proactively in accordance with policy. Ensure all decisions align with agency vision and values while performing additional duties as requested.
