Job Summary
Define and implement V&V strategy across system, integration, and component levels for next-generation automotive systems. Establish scalable test automation frameworks and continuous testing pipelines, including nightly, weekly, and regression cycles. Drive innovation in V&V through tools, processes, and new technologies while ensuring compliance with ISO 26262 and automotive standards. Mentor teams to build V&V competency through structured training and guidance. Collaborate with global stakeholders to align practices and ensure high-quality delivery. Requires 10-12 years of experience in automotive V&V, ADAS systems, and test automation framework development. Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java, along with CI/CT tools like Jenkins and Azure Cloud, is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in automotive V&V, including ADAS systems
- Expertise in safety, security, and degradation testing
- Proven track record in test automation framework development
- Experience with CI/CT tools: Jenkins, Azure Cloud, GitHub
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java
- Experience with REST/FAST APIs and system integration testing
- BE/BTech
- 10-12 years
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Vehicle validation
- Certifications ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager / Analyst / Technical)
- Hands-on experience with ISO 26262 lifecycle and compliance
- Knowledge of ASPICE
