Job Summary
Hybrid VMware Engineer - ESXi, vSphere responsible for resolving customer issues via telephone, email, or remote sessions; administer, operate and manage vSphere Datacenter; upgrade ESXi and vCenter; ensure performance monitoring and health of VMware environments; collaborate with cross-functional teams; maintain case documentation, SLA adherence, and post-incident reviews; requires strong customer focus, ability to learn quickly, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant enterprise experience; certifications such as VMware VCP, RHCSA, CCNA, ITIL are advantageous; role includes 24/7 support and hybrid work arrangement in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or Equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environment
- Certification on the latest track like VMware VCP, RHCSA, CCNA, ITIL is an added advantage
- Flexible to work in 24/7 support environment
