Job Summary
VMS Solutions Architect responsible for designing and delivering technical components within Staff Augmentation / MSP and RPO environments, including AGS internal systems. Leads requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment of client invoicing solutions, and provides consultation on technology best practices. Delivers end-to-end enterprise implementations with cross-functional leadership, maintains technical documentation and governance, and applies advanced knowledge of AGS VMS platforms and partners. Strong storytelling, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and ability to chart cost-effective, scalable architectures across complex programs. Location: Troy, Michigan with hybrid remote work option; open to North America locations outside specified restrictions.
